Day One of Baby Steps.

I think the big issue with me and diets is the fact that I try to make too many changes at once and when you have ADD, so I am going to try doing this in baby steps.

Week one baby steps:

Eating:

Stay with in my calories.

Fitness:

Workout 3 times a week.

That's it. Isn't it simple? I know it doesn't seems like much, but we all had to take steps before we took off running.
